    APSCUF Scholarship



    Provided by BU's chapter of the Association of Pennsylvania State Colleges and University Faculty (APSCUF) to a non-traditional student 25 years of age or older. Be enrolled as either full-time or part-time. Must have completed at least two semesters and a minimum of 9 credits, have financial need, and a minimum GPA of 2.5. Submit a brief essay of your chosen field, educational experiences (including personal & professional classroom experiences), and professional goals. Two recommendations, one from your academic advisor and one from a faculty member who can speak about your academic progress. A copy of your unofficial transcript is also required.





    APSCURF Scholarship



    Provided by the BU Association of Pennsylvania State Colleges and University Retired Faculty (APSCURF) to a full-time student with a job whose GPA is greater than or equal to the top 1/3 of the College in which the student is enrolled (see below). One award for a student working 12 hours per week, one award for a junior or senior working 15 hours per week with financial need. The recipient is also asked to attend either a fall or spring APSCURF meeting as available to meet APSCURF members and share his or her education or career goals. Submit proof of employment on the employer's stationary (place of employment, job title/description, hours worked each week). If applicable, list name and relationship to you of an AFSCME family member. GPA Requirements: College of Education: 3.63 or higher College of Liberal Arts: 3.10 or higher College of Business: 3.13 or higher College of Science and Technology: 3.32 or higher.

    Beta Sigma Delta Scholarship



    Recipient must be a direct descendent of a Beta Sigma Delta brother, including children or grandchildren, who demonstrates financial need. If no applicants from a direct descendent apply, then a current brother with demonstrated financial need is eligible. Consideration will also be given to nieces or nephews of brothers. In the event of a tie-breaker, student with higher financial need will have preference.
